Prenatal Exercise

Expecting moms, all levels welcome. Doctor's approval is required. 

This class offers light cardio dance, strength training and core exercises, along with body movement as preparation for labor. This combination will not only get you ready for giving birth, but will also help you reconnect to your changing body, will help you feel confident by understanding what your body is going through and will help you increase chances of safe delivery and recovery.
