Low intensity for new moms.

Strengthen your core in a class designed to work on your tummy, back and pelvic floor. Class combines body conditioning exercises to engage the muscles from head to toe for a full body workout. 
This class if perfect for new mamas, from the early postpartum stage, Mamas who had a c-section and want to recover their core, Mamas with abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti), Women who want to get a full body workout while focusing on their core.

Please note: For the safety of all children and to avoid distracting other participants, children from crawling stage and above must be sitting in their stroller for the duration of the class. Younger children may play on the ground next to mom. Baby is under mom's supervision during the workout. All women are welcome, bringing your little one with you is not a must.

Join this fast, advanced class, that will take your workout routine to the next level.This class is a fusion of aerobic dance moves and strength exercises, using your own bodyweight and equipment such as sliders, steps, sandbags and more, to boost your metabolism and maximize weight loss!
