First Trimester? Feeling fatigue? Good news for you: You're normal! And you probably wonder what to do...


I totally get it. One of the first pregnancy symptoms I had during the early weeks of both pregnancies was falling asleep at ANY given time and place 😂 I remember feeling how my eyes would just refuse to stay open, no matter how much I slept. It was sooo bad that to this day my hubby gets suspicious if I say I'm really tired 😂 Anyway. ꜱᴏ ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴄᴀɴ ʏᴏᴜ ᴅᴏ ᴀʙᴏᴜᴛ ɪᴛ? Honestly, you should let your body set the pace. Yes, exercise will make you feel more energized, that's true, but it doesn't mean you have to go all out. A few tips for you: ✅ Decrease number of weekly workouts. ✅ Decrease number of sets. ✅ Decrease the weight you're using. ✅ Stick to gentle movements and stretches only if this is all you can handle at the moment.
