Thinking of skipping breakfast to lose weight? Think again!
Research consistently shown that the people who successfully lose weight are the ones that wake up and eat! Furthermore, people who make sure to eat in the morning have better vitamin and mineral status, are more productive at work and do better at school. Sounds great, doesn't it?! Before you get too excited and plan your next greasy bacon, keep in mind that your breakfast should consist of healthy items that are in line with your current dietary weight-loss goals. Try fruit (such as grapefruit, bananas, watermelon, Blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe and kiwi), oatmeal, greek yogurt, Eggs, orange or cranberry juice, cereal (with at least 5 grams of fiber and less than 5 grams of sugar), and see how any day can be a great day! * In the photo: Breakfast is served!
